What can I say that hasn't been said already here? I'll share a quick story that happened about three weeks ago with Chris. I had just finished a long, really bad shift at work and it was about twenty after midnight. I decided to go through the Mcdonalds drive through and while I was sticking my head out the window I heard:
"Hey....Thiessen!"I looked back and there was Chris, two cars back. He yelled at me how my night was, and I told him "sadly, this is the highlight". So he goes "Well in that case lets go grab a beer!" I was too exhausted to go but I think that story tells us EXACTLY the kind of person Chris was. I know I will miss him, since anybody who knew him for 5 minutes knew you'll never meet someone else even remotely like him. My condolensces go out to the entire family.

Our heartfelt sympathy goes out to the Roy family. Chris was a joy to see out at the hockey rink, with all his skill, and his great personality. Chris would always put a smile on your face. He will always be remembered fondly by our family.

Chris was an absolute pleasure to be around, from the minute you said hi to the minute he said goodbye the guy was wearing a smile. I couldn't say enough good things about him, just a beauty and he will be missed no doubt.

To Chris'Family:

We knew Chris through our daughter Ashley and the friends that hung out at the "Cossette's". Chris was always such a joy to have around. He loved his family and his friends, he loved his home reno shows and Home Depot, he always took care to make sure everyone was having a great time and was always there to help if anyone needed anything. If there was any kind of a mess when the night was over, Chris always was the one that would make sure Ashley's house was left clean. His charisma and smile was infectious. It touched everyone who met him and knew him. He was always smiling, always happy and always positive. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this very difficult time, and we cannot imagine what you must be going through right now. We just wanted to tell you how much we thought of Chris and to tell you that we will think of him often and never forget all the gifts he brought to the lives of all of his friends, one of them being our daughter.

God Bless
From the Cossettes'

Chris was an amazing individual. My life would have never been the same without knowing him. He has touched the lives of so many with his smile and zest for life. He was someone you could always count on to make you laugh. I have so many memories of him and one that I'll cherish forever is his outfit at our grade twelve graduation. I was lucky to have had him as my escort for the grand march. My prayers and thoughts go out to his family. I would like to thank God for having Chris in my life and I will always remember him.

with love,
Ashley

My deepest condolences to the entire Roy family. I had the privelage of going through highschool with Chris and he had a personality and smile that was nothing but contagious. I will always hold him close to my heart and in my memory. May God give the Roy family strength during this difficult time, and may Chris be forever in our hearts.
